![]() Way back at the end of March The Turning Tides Project (TTTP) were at Tesco pondering how much sugar is in your breakfast cereal? Are the foods that you thought to be healthy actually healthy? This was TTTP's final morning at Tesco, Crediton, before embarking on a journey to supported work experience - an #Inclusive and accessible pilot enabling people to gain the experience they need for a future in work. Updates on this will follow on: Tesco: A Journey Towards #Inclusive Work Opportunities. Since then TTTP has launched a Breakfast Club at The East Town Cafe on East Street, Crediton. This club runs from 10am until 11am every Tuesday before our Making Waves media and radio session in The Buccaneers. TTTP believe healthy eating to be an important part of living a healthy life; valuing your own health. In conjunction with Tesco, Crediton, interviews for the Supported Work Experience Placements have now taken place and the roles and opportunities are being tailored to ensure they are accessible and #Inclusive. If you would like work experience and to be a part of this rare opportunity in the future, please contact The Turning Tides Project and take a look their YouTube video. theturningtidesproject@hotmail.com 01363772512 Written and Published by Dominic Palfreman |
