If 3 is a crowd what is 12?!

So, yesterday was the day we hoped we would each gain our City and Guilds qualification from our Train the Trainer course - by passing the test and our presentations.

We had written and prepared slide-shows, quizzes, film clips and audio clips, cut paper and ensured we had enough pens. Personally, it felt like being back in school... but this time with all the cool kids.

After a practice run of the quiz, we took to it like a duck to water... or a person to paper. The wording from City and Guilds was not always easy to understand, which will form part of our feedback for them, but we got through it. We then sped straight in to the presentation, which covered a variety of topics from football to a Marvel films, and even how to set up a humane animal trap.

All the presentations were very informative and extremely interesting, and for some of them were very humorous.

At the end of the day we received our feedback from our lovely trainer, Mary, who gave us the good news....we all passed! That's right, 12 of us passed a level 2 course!

A brilliant day, a massive well done to everyone and a moment of reflection that shows how amazing people are.

In response to the title question, 'If 3 is a crowd then what is 12', the answer is: a qualified training team! Now just to take our new skills and use them when delivering the Turning Tides Training.
Qualified Trainers
