Have you ever visited one of our Tesco pop-up shops? If it’s a no, then you’re in luck! Because we will be there very soon - Thursday 9th February. This month we will be selling marmalades, pen and tea light holder which are interchangeable, soaps and Valentines day cards made by The Turning Tides Project as well as TTTP hats and t-shirts, bath mats and decorations. Come on down to see what we’ve got, and to hear about our upcoming events as well.
Our shop products are usually themed on upcoming holidays; we have sold Christmassy things, next up is Valentines day and we will be following this with Mother’s Day, Easter and more. We also receive food from FareShare, such as fruit and veg, which we use to make the jams and chutneys we sell. We are currently creating recipes for soups and other things that we are planning to sell in the future too! We make our products during our Making Waves session on Thursdays and craft evenings through EPIC. We are looking to create our products from more sustainable sources; we have recently been to Teignmouth to collect drift wood, which we will be using to craft items such as picture frames, jewellery stands, beaded necklaces, earrings and bracelets - so keep an eye out for these products! So far we have done three shops; come and do your weekly shop and support our shop! We will be at the Tesco Superstore in Crediton on the second Thursday of every month from 11am: February 9th March 9th April 13th May 11th June 8th July 13th August 10th September 14th October 12th November 9th Come and say hello to us at Tesco this Thursday!
