The TTP approach to developing an Equal Access workforce will:

- provide open access to TTTPs framework, resources and maps in order to support the development of the Equal Access Workforce, nationally
TTTP's Equal Access Workforce Development Strategy
TTTP Workforce Development Principles:
i. In an enabling environment anyone can develop to fulfil any role that they are motivated to fulfil ii. It is at least as important to identify the similarities in roles as it is the differences iii. People give their best when they are valued, contribute to the value of what is created, are well supported and have fun |
